Program Description

Majic Auto Solutions operates two separate SMS/MMS messaging programs, each requiring its own separate consent:

Service messages — appointment reminders and confirmations, repair status updates, estimate and approval links, service follow-ups, review requests, and service alerts.

Marketing messages — special offers, seasonal specials, and discounts.

Opting in to one program does not opt you in to the other. You may consent to either, both, or neither.

Consent

Consent for service messages and consent for marketing messages are collected separately. On our contact form at majicautosolutions.com/contact.html there are two independent, unchecked checkboxes — one for service messages and one for marketing messages. Neither is pre-checked and neither is required to submit the form.

Marketing consent is never bundled with service consent or with any other agreement. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointments, repair activity, service history, and communication preferences.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.

Opt Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, or another supported opt-out keyword. After opting out, you may receive one additional message confirming that your opt-out request has been processed.
